Dr. Pauline Elwin brings over 20 years of dynamic leadership and strategic planning consulting experience to her role as Founder and CEO of Elwin Innovative Global Consulting LLC. Her comprehensive skill set encompasses leadership development, employee engagement, conference facilitation, public speaking, coaching, and team building, reflecting her dedication to driving positive change and fostering organizational growth across diverse sectors.

Pauline has led organizations in creating highly effective mission driven strategies while focusing on diverse cultures through transformation. As a practitioner, she specializes in advancing employee engagement, leadership development, leadership coaching, public speaking and women in leadership in government, business, institutions and nonprofit organizations. Dr. Elwin attained a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership/Business & Consulting at Northwest University, Center for Leadership Studies. She holds two Master’s degrees in Applied Leadership Studies and Sociology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a certification in Conflict Resolution.

As a global thought leader and practitioner, Dr. Elwin has presented at several international leadership conferences in Geneva, Switzerland, Portsmouth, United Kingdom, Virtual Conferences, and Washington, DC. Dr. Elwin was a champion of the Dissertation Warriors, a multifaceted mentorship community for the doctoral women’s network at Northwest University. She was a member of the executive leadership board for Leadership and Peace at the International Leadership Association.

With a primary focus on assessment, coaching, and leadership development, Dr. Elwin has guided leaders in emerging businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and senior executive roles to unlock their full potential and leverage their growth areas. Her commitment to cultivating leadership excellence led to the establishment of her consultancy firm in 2022, where she empowers individuals through coaching, public speaking, workshops, and business consulting services.

She is an Advisor for the Women in Leadership Certificate Program at the University of Richmond, further exemplifying her dedication to guiding clients toward realizing their elevated potential, even amidst challenges.
